On the back of last week's chat around Fantasy Premier League, we are going to build our Dream Team for the run home.

Imagine we had a wildcard, where we could rip up our team and start fresh.

That’s what we are doing here.

Ideally, this isn’t too far from your current team.

We will just run a top 17 here - 13 starters and 4 reserves.

Think of this as the ‘template’ team

Hooker - Harry Grant

  • Will be the nucleus of the team now that Hughes is gone

  • Best hooker on the planet

FRF - Terrell May + Payne Haas

  • Minutes and pedigree aplenty

  • Slight question mark on Haas’ fitness

2RF - Eli Katoa + Hudson Young + Erin Clark

  • Reliable

  • High floor, high ceiling (minus Clark)

HLF - Nathan Cleary

  • Best player in the league

5/8 - Cam Munster

  • Similar to Grant, will see a bit more ball

  • Could go Jayden Campbell here

CTW - Herbie Farnworth + Jacob Kiraz + Reuben Garrick + Zac Lomax

  • Speak for themselves

  • High floors and high ceilings

FB - James Tedesco

  • Arguably the best SuperCoach asset of all time

Reserves - Scott Drinkwater + Nicho Hynes + Dylan Edwards + Jayden Campbell

Sit vs. starts are tough at this time of the year, but here is how the SG’z shape up for Round 22.

Commissioner is saying f*** it and ripping his final boost, leaving 5 trades for the final 5 weeks.

He is happy with where his team is at, with enough trades to cover injury and maybe a spicy pick or two for the last couple of weeks.

Highly unlikely given the conservative nature of the Big C.
